​We use the BDRC Venue Verdict as a tool to check how we are doing, to see what we need to improve and to ensure our customer's journey is where we want it to be.

It’s by focusing on this detail that our small team consistently scores higher in customer satisfaction than much bigger teams from our local and national competitors.

Awards

From the initial show round to post event, we take care to ensure a seamless customer journey. This is evident from our consistently high net promoter score through the BDRC customer survey, VenueVerdict. We have achieved the Gold standard award 6 times in 5 years for a net promoter score continuously above 70%.

Accreditations

We believe that the difference between something good and something great is the attention to detail. We are one of only 6% of venues nationally to have achieved the AIM Gold level of excellence. AIM is the Meetings Industry Association's recognised mark of excellence which demonstrates clearly to our customers that we are compliant, capable and competent. We have been AIM Gold accredited since 2015. There are over 500 venues with an AIM accreditation so, as a small team, we are incredibly proud of the achievement of being one of only 31 venues with Gold.
