Holywell Park Conference Centre has a variety of rooms to hire ranging from conference rooms to smaller spaces ideal for meetings, training and private functions.

All of our conference and meeting rooms provide comfortable seating, easy-to-use audio-visual equipment, natural daylight and air conditioning.

Large rooms

Our large meeting rooms include The Turing and The Babbage areas, ideal for large conference, training and networking events. Modern and bright in design, they have wheelchair access, natural daylight and are all located on the ground floor.

Medium rooms

We have five medium-sized training and meeting rooms. Kelvin holds up to 56 people and Brunel/Murdoch can hold up to 60 theatre style; both provide natural daylight and can be split down into two separate rooms. We also have Pascal which seats up to 30 people and is the ideal training environment with air conditioning and plasma screen TV included.

We have four small training and conference rooms; Davy, Marconi, Edison and Arkwright are perfect for more intimate meetings. They all include the essential Audio Visual equipment, air conditioning and fresh bottled water to help keep those creative juices flowing.

Exhibition space

We have two spacious exhibition areas, The Turing and The Babbage, perfect for product and vehicle launches, exhibitions, trade shows, networking events and forums. We can accommodate large vehicles and specialist equipment through our dedicated loading bay. We're proud of our service and expertise in delivering repeated large events and we take pleasure in working closely with you to understand your specific requirements.

Lecture space

Our spacious Stephenson Lecture Theatre is ideal for large scale presentations and opening plenaries, seating up to 200 delegates. The room has retractable seating so it can easily be transformed into a dining area at the push of a button.
