Our dedicated podcast room at Holywell Park is fully equipped and ready to use, offering a calm, professional environment for high-quality audio and video recording.
Whether you’re producing a podcast series, recording thought leadership content, or hosting a panel discussion, the space has been designed to make recording simple, intuitive and stress-free.

The podcast room is fully set up with the following equipment as standard:
- Dual-camera setup
Two professionally positioned cameras: one for close-up shots and one wide-angle. Both cameras can be controlled during your session to create a polished, multi-angle result. - Integrated audio and video system
Cameras and microphones feed directly into a RØDECaster Video S, delivering broadcast-quality audio and video with minimal setup required. - Flexible recording outputs
USB-C output allows recording directly to:- Your own laptop, or
- An external SSD for full ISO recording
- Microphone options
- Lapel microphones for clean, discreet audio
- Table-top microphones for seated discussions
- Floor-standing microphones coming soon for additional flexibility
The room is designed to be easy to use, with support available if required, allowing you to focus on the conversation rather than the technology.

A range of optional services is available to help you get the most from your time in the podcast room.
In-house technician
On-hand support is available to assist with the setup and operation of the equipment during your session.
£50 per hour
External hard drive (SSD)
You will need to bring an external hard drive with you, as we do not store recorded content. Recordings can be taken away on the day, including full ISO files.
External hard drives are available to purchase from us for £90 + VAT, subject to availability.
Specialist technical support
Additional technical support is available on request for more complex recording requirements.

- The Podcast Room and all equipment are provided for use during the booked session only.
- Users are solely responsible for all recorded content, including copyright, data protection and participant consent.
- Imago Venues does not store recordings and accepts no responsibility for content once files have been transferred.
- Content must not be offensive, misleading or harmful to the reputation of Imago Venues, Loughborough University or associated partners.
- Imago Venues reserves the right to end a session where there is a safety, technical or reputational risk.
